I've spent nine years in enterprise tech and nine years in ministry, and I've learned the same lesson in both: tools change fast, and people need help changing with them.In tech, I've worked in People Operations and program management at Google, where I've run AI trainings and partnered with leaders to scale how their teams work. In ministry, I planted and helped lead a church, preaching, developing leaders, and building the curriculum we used to train them.Today I design and teach workshops and talks that help leaders adopt new tools wisely, build healthy team culture, and turn vision into steady practice, without losing the human core of the work.
